Deuteronomy 28:32-34

³² Your sons and your daughters will be given to another people. Your eyes will look and fail with longing for them all day long, but there will be nothing you can do. ³³ A nation that you do not know will consume the produce of your land and all your labors, and you will be nothing but oppressed and crushed all the time. ³⁴ You will go insane because of what your eyes will see.
